my recent stay in le mans was absolutely amazing - mercure really exceeded my expectations. the upgraded room was so comfortable, staff were friendly and capable, and the location was ideal. the breakfast buffet had something for everyone and there was always parking available on-site. highly recommended!

Arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff, who spoke excellent English. The rooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel offered free Wi-Fi for the children, which was a nice touch.
There were a couple of downsides to our stay. Firstly, the parking garage had a narrow entrance, which may cause issues for those with wider vehicles.

I loved staying at this hotel due to its amazing location in a very quiet area, but still only a short walk away from the town centre. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities such as the breakfast and parking were superb. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Quality building with magnificent architecture. New carpets in corridors. Excellent secure parking. Lovely rooms and comfy beds. Friendly and professional reception staff. Amazing bar service on 28th July. Delightful size bathroom. Very helpful multi-lingual staff. Good location, close to old town. Great restaurant nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had excellent air-conditioning. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well-equipped with plenty of toiletries. I also appreciated the dog-friendly policy, as my furry companion was allowed in the breakfast room. The private parking spot behind the hotel was convenient, especially for my high car.
